⚠️ Shipping Delay Notice (Updated April 2026)

Due to significant operational disruptions at the start of 2026, including the loss of our primary warehouse and a major reduction in team capacity, a number of orders placed between January and March 2026 experienced substantial delays. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We are actively working through the remaining backlog. If you placed an order during this period and have not yet received it, please contact us at support@mybambinis.com so we can provide you with a personal update or arrange a refund if preferred.

Current estimated processing time for new orders: 5–10 business days. We expect to return to normal processing times (1–3 business days) once the backlog has been fully cleared. This page will be updated accordingly.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

What is the shipping fee?

We have a fixed shipping fee regardless of your location. Our Standard Shipping fee is €4,- and our Insured Shipping fee is €8,-.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Delivery to access points / pickup locations

Depending on your location and the shipping method used, your order may be delivered to a nearby access point or pickup location instead of your home address. You will be notified by the carrier with the pickup location details and any applicable collection deadlines.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
